ABOUT ME

C. Deanne Rowe was born and raised in southwest Oklahoma and has also called Nebraska, Texas, and California home. For over thirty years, she’s lived in Iowa with her husband, two children and their spouses, five grandchildren, the cherished memory of her hero teacup toy poodle Allie, and her rescued Frenchie, Kendell.

 

Deanne worked for over twenty years on the Gas Trading floor at MidAmerican Energy, scheduling natural gas on interstate pipelines. After retiring in 2018, she shifted her focus to her passions—learning to play the organ and writing full-time.

 

She is the author of several heartfelt romance series, including Shattered Walls, the Miller Canyon Ranch series, and the Puckerbrush books. Her stories often explore themes of resilience, love, and personal growth. In 2025, she was named a finalist in the prestigious James Patterson MasterClass Anniversary Writing Contest, earning the opportunity to have her work reviewed by the bestselling author himself. Deanne is excited to continue publishing emotionally rich stories that connect deeply with her readers.
